Are the products official?
Yes. All products on kpopsouk are official licensed merchandise sourced directly from Weverse Shop and authorized distributors.
Can I pay on delivery?
Absolutely. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders across Morocco. You pay when your package arrives.
How long does delivery take?
2–5 business days depending on your city. Major cities like Casablanca, Rabat, and Marrakech are usually faster.
What if a product is out of stock?
You can click "Notify me when available" on any out of stock product and leave your phone number. We'll contact you as soon as it's back.
Can I order multiple items?
Yes, add as many items as you want to your cart and checkout in one order.
Do you ship outside Morocco?
Not yet — we currently deliver within Morocco only.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, we send a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to the phone number you provided at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery and card payment via YouCan Pay (Visa, Mastercard).
