Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Items must be in their original, unopened condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened albums, photocards, and membership kits cannot be returned unless they are defective. This is standard policy for K-pop merchandise.
How to Return
Contact us on Instagram @kpop.souk with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll arrange the return and refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method or cash on next delivery.
